An amazing message, reminds me of the time a neurosurgeon friend got tired of hearing me vent about a difficult Monday I had coming up.
He took a brain scan from a large envelope, pointed to a black spot and said “On Monday, I have to tell this person they have 4 months left to live”.
From that day on, I take strength in knowing nothing in my professional world will even come close to that.
